Charging0%

Your parking bays could be paying you every month.

We build and run fast EV charging on your land. You pay nothing to put it there. You earn a share of every unit we sell.

We carry the cost, the permits and the running.

Green Leap funds the hardware, the civil work and the cabling. We deal with the Energy provider. We fix it when it breaks. Your team does nothing.

EV charging that actually works. Every single time.

Sixty days from site audit to go-live, and a station your guests can rely on long after that.

Charging power on a bay

Where a Green Leap bay pays for itself

We match the charger to how long people stay. That keeps your costs down and your bays busy.

Hotels, resorts & fuel stations

We lease two to four bays from your existing parking. You keep running the property exactly as you do now.

Filed together
The safety approval and the Energy provider form both go in on day one.
PM E-DRIVE ready
Our station layouts meet the central rules and your state EV policy.

Someone else is probably paying for most of this

Charging projects rarely fail on demand. They fail on the cost of getting power to the bay, and on nobody claiming the support that was there all along.

A Green Leap solar forecourt with DC fast charging
01
Schemes built to back this
India is putting real money behind charging. The central PM E-DRIVE scheme and the state EV policies both help pay to build a station.
02
Compliant by design, claimed by us
A station only qualifies if it is built the way the rules ask. We design every site to meet them, and we file the claim for you.
03
A tariff meant for charging
Most states now price power for a charger below the normal commercial rate. Many waive the duty on it for years, and several give relief on the stamp duty for leased land.
04
We keep track of what moves
Policies change, and they differ from one state to the next. We follow what your state offers and tell you what your site can claim.

Beyond the bay

The hardware keeps earning after the cars leave

Today our chargers run on the grid. What comes next sits on the same slab. Solar over the bays, batteries behind the chargers, and software to choose between them.

A canopy that makes its own power
Solar panels sit over the bays. Through the day they feed the chargers directly, so a good share of what we sell never comes off the grid at all.
A battery that shifts the clock
Storage behind the chargers fills when power is cheap and empties when it is dear. It also takes the spike off your connection, which is often what saves you a bigger transformer.
Spare power, offered to you first
The bays will not draw everything the site makes. What is left we offer to your building first, under what your commercial supply costs you.
A backup that is not a diesel set
When the grid drops, the battery can carry your building instead. Nothing to fuel, nothing to start, nothing to service.

The questions that come up on every first call

If yours is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer it once properly than have you guess.

See every answer
What does this cost me?

Nothing. Green Leap pays for the hardware, the civil foundation pads, the cabling and the permits. We also cover maintenance, repairs and software. You pay ₹0 upfront and ₹0 to run it.

How much can a bay earn?

A 180 kW hub can earn a host up to ₹50,000 a month. That figure moves with how many cars charge, how many units they draw and how busy your site is. You earn a fixed monthly lease on the bays plus 15% to 20% of the profit on every unit sold.

What do you need from my site?

Two to four parking bays near your entrance or road frontage. A spot on a highway, expressway or busy commercial road. An existing low tension three-phase connection, though a high tension line helps. Restrooms or a café nearby are a plus. If you lease us bare land, we build those ourselves.

How long until it is running?

Sixty days from the site audit to go-live. We audit and sign in week one. The Energy provider load sanction goes in by day 20. Civil and transformer work is done by day 45. CEIG safety is cleared by day 60. Sites that run on an existing low tension line can go live in 15 to 30 days.

Who deals with the Energy provider?

We do. Green Leap deals with the load sanction, the HT cable, the transformer yard and the CEIG safety check. You sign once and we take it from there.

What do drivers pay with?

There is no app to download. Drivers scan a WhatsApp QR code on the charger or use their vehicle FASTag. Payment is automatic. When a driver plugs in, our system sends a discount voucher for your restaurant or shop straight to their phone.

Can I own the chargers myself?

Yes. Under our FOCO franchise model you fund the hardware and hold the asset. Green Leap still runs the site: branding, operations, billing and maintenance stay with us, under our brand.

Do government schemes help?

They do, and we claim them for you. Under PM E-DRIVE and state EV rules, a station can earn back 20% to 30% of the kit cost. The cap is ₹10 lakh per fast charger. Land leases can get 100% stamp duty exemption. Most state Energy providers have an EV tariff of about ₹5.00 to ₹8.50 a unit. Many waive the duty on it for five to ten years.
